A pranayama & Meditation Toolkit For Life

This is an online course designed to equip you with the ancient Yogic tools of Pranayama (practices using the breath) and Meditation that can be easily utilised in everyday life situations such as:
When youre stressed
When your heart is heavy
When youre in pain
When you feel stuck
When you need to create change
When you need to focus or concentrate...
This course will teach you how to use these practices combined as a yoga toolkit for emotional and physical wellbeing. What you will learn are go-to practices to shift or elevate your mood, change your energetic field, and transform your physical energy.
You will also learn about how the breath affects the nervous system and the amazing benefits of using the breath and meditation combined.
You'll also receive a simple PDF with instructions for each of the practices that you can refer back to at anytime.

Please note: If you are unable to attend any of the course dates, each of the classes will be recorded and emailed out to you. No prior yoga experience is needed for this course although some breath practices may be contraindicated. If so this will be explained to you at the time of instruction.

This online beginners meditation course is a deep dive into what meditation is, what it is not and how it can help all of us connect to our inner stillness and so much more. Using ancient traditional yoga practices including the use of mantra and Japa, you will learn the simple but incredible power of meditation and how it benefits mind, body and spirit.We will also look at these benefits through the lens of western science, where again and again, these ancient practices are being proven to be incredibly powerful tools for our holistic health & wellbeing.

WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
​This course is perfect for you if you are totally new to meditation, have always wanted to give it a try and are not sure how to begin. It's also great if you have tried some meditation before but want to dive deeper into what it is and how to develop your own personal practice, or you want a refresher.

Together we will explore simple techniques that you can practice easily at home on your own to help develop your own practice and integrate meditation into your daily life to help reduce stress, gain mental clarity, sleep better, heal better, connect to your inner self, improve self confidence and so much more.You will also learn how to create a sacred space including an altar where you can cultivate your personal meditation practice at home.
​This course can be especially helpful for those suffering from anxiety/stress.

Each class is an hour long, with space for some gentle stretching, explanation and practice of some simple breathing techniques and discussion.
​Upon booking the course you will receive a list of a few simple household items you will need for the course. You will be invited to create a sacred space with an altar in your home for your practice. You will also be invited to keep a journal, noting down your thoughts, feelings and observations throughout the course, and you will also be given practical exercises to complete at home in your own time to help develop your own meditation practice. The more participants practice, share and participate during the course, the more each and all of us will benefit from it.
