Service Description

This is an online course designed to equip you with the ancient tools of Pranayama and meditation that can be easily utilised in everyday life situations such as: When youre stressed When your heart is heavy When youre in pain When you feel stuck When you need to create change.. Think of it as a yoga toolkit for emotional and physical wellbeing. A go-to practice to shift or elevate your mood, change your energetic field, and transform your physical energy.


Cancellation Policy

FOR ONLINE AND IN PERSON CLASSES: Cancellation of a booking can be made up to 24 hours before the class that has been booked is due to occur. After that time you will still be charged for your booking. FOR ONLINE AND IN PERSON COURSES: Payment for the course must be made in full at the time of booking. It is important to attend each of the course dates if possible. If you cannot make any of the dates please inform Helen. Refunds for course dates missed are not available unless you suffer a serious illness (such as COVID) or injury.
